Nii Quaye is the Vermilion Group’s Managing Director. Nii is responsible for Vermilion’s strategy, portfolio investments, and management of operations. He leads the firm’s efforts to find and execute investments.
Prior to joining Vermilion in 2020, Nii spent a decade at Pentair plc where he led the Corporate Development function. In this role he had responsibility for strategy formulation and deal execution in support of Pentair’s growth objectives.
Prior to joining Pentair, Nii held a variety of executive roles with increasing responsibility at ADC Telecommunications. He led the Corporate Development Function managing all aspects of strategy development and M&A execution, including the sale of the company to Tyco Electronics. In a previous role, he was Vice President and General Manager of ADC China with P&L responsibility based in Shanghai China.
Nii is a graduate of the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management (MBA) and Ottawa University (BA).
