Mike is an Operating Executive with Vermilion Group and leads Vermilion’s value creation strategy. He is an active Board Member and resource for portfolio company leadership teams on all facets of their organizations. Mike supports leadership teams by offering creative, actionable solutions to help achieve their goals.
Mike has significant industry experience in the contract manufacturing and precision machining industries having most recently served as CEO of MultiSource Manufacturing, where the business scaled 5x through inorganic and organic initiatives, growing to over 340 FTEs across 8 facilities. Mike oversaw the sale from family ownership to private equity in 2016 and continued to lead the business into 2022.
Mike has held various C-Suite positions across family- and private equity-owned enterprises. He began his career as a CPA in the banking and manufacturing groups at Larson Allen Weishair & Co. (now CLA). Mike is a University of St. Thomas graduate (BA in business management with an emphasis on accounting).
