Luke Hougo contributes to Vermilion’s investment function through transaction underwriting and execution, relationship development and portfolio management.
Prior to Vermilion, Luke worked at GMB Capital Partners underwriting and executing transactions as well as portfolio monitoring. His work there contributed to the investment of subordinated debt and equity to facilitate buyouts in the middle-market.
Before GMB, he worked in investment banking at Craig-Hallum Capital Group where he helped public and private clients raise capital and execute M&A transactions.
Luke is a graduate of Villanova University (BA).
